Cancellation Policy

Log in, go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

• Your account remains active until the paid period ends
• No further charges will be made
• You may export customer, booking and inventory data at any time within 30 days
• After 30 days of inactivity, data is scheduled for secure deletion

You can reactivate at any time within 30 days without losing data.

For customer-facing booking cancellations, the salon's individual cancellation policy applies. Customers should contact the salon directly.
