These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HairNovi. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Use HairNovi only for lawful purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service
2. Salon Responsibilities
- Obtain necessary consents before uploading customer data
- Comply with local laws (tax, employment, consumer protection)
- Honour bookings, refunds and cancellations you commit to
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information
3. Subscription Plans
HairNovi is offered on monthly or annual subscription tiers described on our pricing page. Features may vary by tier.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in suspension of the account until settled.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, unless cancelled, the account will convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will notify you before annual renewals.
8. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated hairstyle and colour previews are illustrative approximations produced by machine-learning models. Real results depend on hair texture, condition, stylist skill and product used. HairNovi does not guarantee that any physical service will match a preview.
9. Intellectual Property
HairNovi, its logo, code, designs and content are the exclusive property of HairNovi and its licensors. Salons retain ownership of their customer data and business content.

- No harassment, hate speech or unlawful content
- No uploading of images you do not have rights to use
- No automated scraping or bulk export of the service
- No use of HairNovi to send unsolicited marketing (spam)
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairNovi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use of the service. Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for HairNovi during that period.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data within 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
