Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service beyond the trial features.

One-time digital purchases (add-ons, templates, credits) are non-refundable once delivered, unless the product is materially defective.
